Baby Massage 4 Week Course - Jan Term - Mondays @ 12pm

A gentle, nurturing 4 week course for you and your baby.

Across four sessions, you'll learn soothing techniques to support relaxation, digestion, sleep and bonding.

Each class is calm and baby-led, you're always welcome to feed (however you wish), cuddle, or pause whenever your little one needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT 

- A warm, welcoming environment for parents and babies.
- Step by step baby massage routines to practice at home.
- Time to connect with other parents in a supportive space.
- A relaxing, neutral studio setup with ample aesthetically pleasing photo opportunity.
- A free bottle of cold pressed sunflower baby oil to take with you and bring to your session and to use at home. 
- A lovingly curated gift bag on your first session filled with a wire bound printed routine of the massage, a Smeg travel mug for you and a gift for baby. 
- A warm drink & sweet treat.

- Polaroid photo of you and baby to take home and treasure.

£55 - 4 week block 

A personal note I will often have my own baby with me during classes, this is part of creating  a truly parent and baby-led, nurturing environment. You'll see me balancing teaching with motherhood just as you are. It's a safe and supportive space where feeding, cuddling, and soothing are always welcome.

- Please bring your baby in comfortable clothing.
- We provide mats & towels (you may wish to bring your own muslin or towel as baby’s often relax with familiar fabric) and  oil 
- Our sessions are completely baby-led, feel free to feed,change,comfort your baby at any time. 
- There is a lift in the building to bring you up to the studio.

- If your baby is unwell (fever, infection, or vaccinations within the last 48 hours ) we kindly ask that you wait until the next class
- Classes are held at the new Seaside Studio SW (3RD FLOOR, PEMBROKE HOUSE, TORQUAY ROAD, TQ3 2EZ) - please make sure you leave ample time to arrive as we hire the studio on an hourly basis.

- You will leave each class with practical handouts on the massage routine you have learnt.
